What goes into a cold storage warehouse?
A cold storage warehouse is an insulated envelope plus a refrigeration system sized for the product load, door traffic and target temperature of each zone. Multi-zone buildings can hold chilled, frozen and dock areas under one roof. We act as the single point of responsibility from design to commissioning.

What does turnkey cold storage construction include?
Turnkey means one team from start to finish: load calculations, drawings, permit submission, insulated panels and floors, doors, refrigeration equipment, installation and commissioning.
Can you build multi-temperature cold storage under one roof?
Yes. We design multi-zone buildings with separate chilled and frozen rooms, dock areas and staging, each with its own temperature and refrigeration capacity.
Can you expand or retrofit an existing refrigerated warehouse?
Yes. We take on expansions and retrofits as well as new builds, and plan the work around your operation so product stays protected.
How big a cold storage project can you take on?
