What should I do if a cooler or freezer is warming up?
If a walk-in cooler or freezer is warming up, call us right away at (647) 982-0037 and move product to another cold space if you can. Scheduled maintenance is the cheaper way to avoid the call: clean coils, checked refrigerant levels and tested controls catch most failures before they cost you product.

What should I do if my walk-in cooler stops cooling?
Keep the door closed, move perishable product to another cold space if you can, and call us. Do not keep opening the door to check; each opening lets in warm air.
Why is my walk-in freezer icing up?
Common causes are a failed defrost cycle, a door that is not sealing, or a drainage problem. We diagnose the cause on site so the ice does not return.
What does preventive maintenance cover?
Typically coil cleaning, leak checks, refrigerant and electrical checks, and control and defrost testing. We set the schedule around the size and use of your system.
Do you service refrigeration you did not install?
Yes. We service commercial refrigeration across the GTA whether or not we built it.
